Job Summary:

MONOS is seeking an experienced Backend Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, with a focus on backend systems. They will be responsible for designing, implementing, and documenting RESTful APIs, as well as working extensively with SQL databases. In addition to technical skills, the candidate should possess excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities, as well as the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
  • Developing and maintaining a robust backend while adhering to SOLID development principles and clean architecture.
  • Designing, implementing, and documenting RESTful APIs with proper authentication and authorization mechanisms.
  • Working extensively with SQL databases to ensure data integrity and optimal performance.

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you should have:
  • Strong knowledge of SQL databases; PostgreSQL experience is a plus.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing RESTful APIs.
  • Proficient in using Git for version control.
  • Deep understanding of clean architecture, dependency injection, and SOLID principles.
  • Experience with asynchronous programming techniques.
  • Familiarity with unit testing and integration testing frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
  • Strong understanding of software security best practices.
