We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Accounts Payable Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the company's accounts payable processes, ensuring timely and accurate payment of invoices. Key responsibilities include:
  • Reconciling supplier statements with bills on hand;
  • Verifying and investigating discrepancies in supplier accounts;
  • Preparing monthly suppliers' payments list;
  • Generating reports detailing accounts payable status;
  • Understanding expense accounts and cost centers.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. A degree in Accounting or a related field is preferred. Experience in accounts payable or a similar role is also essential.
