Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Operating Officer to oversee SmartPay's daily operations, ensuring the seamless execution of our vision. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with the CEO to translate strategy into actionable outcomes, driving operational efficiency across all facets of the company.

• Manage day-to-day operations across product development, marketing, and customer acquisition.
• Oversee merchant and user onboarding processes and retention strategies.
• Develop operational policies and ensure compliance with African fintech regulations.
• Collaborate with the technical team to ensure smooth platform functionality.
• Implement KPIs to measure and optimize performance across departments.

Requirements:

We are looking for a strong leader with exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. You should have experience in scaling operations for startups or high-growth companies, and knowledge of regulatory frameworks in digital payments is a plus.
