Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Regional Infrastructure Advisor to join our team in Africa. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our infrastructure advisory efforts in the region, with a focus on public-private partnerships (PPPs).

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with governments, private sector companies, and other stakeholders in the region.
  • Lead the origination and execution of PPP projects, including transaction advisory services and project structuring.
  • Collaborate with our regional teams to identify opportunities and develop strategies for PPPs.
  • Supervise and mentor a team of advisors and experts to support our infrastructure advisory efforts.
  • Provide market intelligence and analysis to inform our investment decisions and business development strategies.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in a relevant field such as business, finance, economics, or engineering.
  • At least 15 years of experience in infrastructure finance, with a focus on PPPs and transaction advisory services.
  • Proven track record of success in leading large-scale infrastructure projects and developing strategic relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong knowledge of African markets and economies, with a deep understanding of the regional infrastructure landscape.

Working Conditions

  • Travel extensively across Africa, with a focus on countries in North, East, West, and Southern Africa.
  • Work closely with our regional teams and partners to develop and implement PPP projects.
  • Collaborate with our global teams to share best practices and expertise.

Salary Range

$120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

Language Requirements

English language proficiency required. Additional languages such as French, Arabic, or Portuguese are an asset.
