Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting research on relevant laws and regulations to stay up-to-date with industry developments.
  • Drafting and reviewing court documents, including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.
  • Representing clients in court hearings, trials, and other proceedings.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve success in high-value litigation cases.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of two years' post-admission experience in a busy law firm.
  • An upper 2nd class Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from a recognized university.
  • A valid practicing certificate.
