The successful candidate will be required to collaborate closely with distribution partners, communicate effectively in English and Swahili, and possess strong problem-solving skills.

**Salary Details**

The estimated salary for this position is $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Oversee online customer service operations

- Collaborate with distribution partners to achieve sales targets

- Develop and maintain effective communication with customers and stakeholders in English and Swahili

- Identify and address customer complaints and concerns

**Requirements**

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

- 2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer service

- Strong communication and problem-solving skills

- Fluency in English and Swahili
