
Sales Leadership Position

As a Sales Manager in our organization, you will be responsible for leading a team of Sales Executives in the Public Address (PA) Systems division. The primary focus will be on team leadership, business development, expanding market presence, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and motivate the sales team to meet targets, ensuring a collaborative and high-performing environment.
2. Develop effective sales strategies and expand market presence through innovative approaches and relationship-building skills.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry stakeholders, fostering partnerships that drive growth and success.
4. Monitor market trends and optimize sales strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
5. Provide training and development opportunities for team members, empowering them to grow professionally and personally.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, or a related field is essential. A minimum of 3 years of experience in PA systems sales, preferably with managerial experience, is also required. Proven track records in sales growth and team management are highly valued. Knowledge of the PA systems industry and strong problem-solving skills are also necessary.
