Premises Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Caretaker.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, as well as performing basic repairs and maintenance tasks.

• Ensure the cleanliness and upkeep of common areas, compound, and surrounding premises.
• Handle plumbing, electrical, and other minor repairs.
• Maintain a safe working environment through proper waste disposal.
• Perform daily inspections to identify and address potential issues.
• Communicate effectively with tenants, authorities, and other stakeholders.
• Escalate critical issues to management for prompt resolution.
• Monitor and report any arising matters to management in a timely manner.
• Oversee contracted personnel to ensure they meet performance standards.
• Implement and maintain effective security measures for tenants, property, and authorized access.
• Manage late payments and related issues.
• Assist with utility payments and emergency response.
• Prepare regular reports for management.
• Monitor tenant turnover and ensure timely occupancy.
• Possess knowledge of basic repair work and undertaking maintenance of structures and gardening.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
