Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage our dairy farm's livestock production. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dairy farming, with a focus on optimizing milk production and animal health. This is a challenging role that requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement feeding plans to meet the nutritional needs of the dairy herd
- Conduct regular health checks to monitor animal welfare and detect potential issues early
- Collaborate with other teams to maintain high standards of biosecurity and hygiene
- Analyze data to inform decision-making and drive improvements in milk production and animal health

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in agriculture, animal science, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in dairy farming or related industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
