What does the job involve- Project Delivery: Planning, execution, and delivery of client engagements within agreed budget, timelines, and quality standards, with a focus on leading collaborative problem-solving. Primary responsibility for leading client meetings and facilitating workshops.- Stakeholder Management: Building and maintaining relationships with senior leaders in client and partner organizations, often functioning as the primary liaison between organizations.- Business Development: Pursuing new opportunities, conducting client pitches, and identifying and developing additional projects with existing clients.- Team Leadership: Delegating and supervising tasks across projects and workstreams, coaching and mentoring junior team members.- Training and development: Supporting facilitation of training sessions, conducting performance reviews, and facilitating professional development of junior team members, including helping to maintain an up-to-date library of skill-building and sector trends resources.Qualifications- Min. 4 years experience at a top management consultancy(MBB, Accenture, Oliver Wyman) with 2 years in team leadership.- A master's degree in business or public administration, engineering, economics, or a related field. An MBA will be considered as an advantage.- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with an ability to identify new strategic partnerships and/or client opportunities.- Sensitivity to varied political and cultural environments, and experience living and working in different countries will be an added advantage- Excellent writing and communication skills and experience presenting complex information in a variety of formats and styles for different audiences.- Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative analytical methods, comfort with systems thinking, human-centered design, and/or futures and foresight methods will be an added advantage.- Ability to perform in an entrepreneurial environment.Location: Nairobi, KenyaJob is HybridEmployment Type: Full-TimeSalary: $ 68,000.00 72,000.00 Per Year
