MAGENTA is seeking an experienced 
SBC Programme Manager (Francophone)
 to support the establishment of our new regional hub in Nairobi and to lead the design, coordination and delivery of Social & Behaviour Change (SBC) programmes across Africa.

In this role, you will manage multiple projects end-to-end, oversee partnerships with donors, UN agencies, INGOs and local organisations, and contribute to business development and proposal design. You will play a key role in translating behavioural science, research and strategy into practical, high-quality SBC programmes that deliver measurable social impact.

The position requires strong programme management skills, the ability to work independently in complex settings, and a collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset. You will work closely with MAGENTA's Africa Senior Programme Manager and global teams, contributing to regional strategy, knowledge sharing and organisational growth.

This role is ideally suited for a motivated self-starter with experience working in Africa, fluency in 
English and French
, and a strong background in SBC, behavioural science, research, or strategic communications.
