Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Officer located in Nairobi County, Kenya. The IT Officer will be responsible for managing the organization's IT infrastructure, providing technical support to staff, ensuring data security, and implementing IT solutions to drive business efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT infrastructure management and technical support
• Knowledge of network security and data protection
• Proficiency in system administration and troubleshooting
• Familiarity with IT project management principles
• Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA, Cisco, or Microsoft are a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
