Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Freelance Writer role based in Nairobi. The Freelance Writer will be responsible for producing high-quality written content aligned with the company's goals. Key tasks include conducting research, drafting articles, proofreading, editing, and collaborating with other teams to create compelling materials. The role also involves creating engaging newsletters, website content, and marketing collateral to cater to the company's diverse audience.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Writing, Web Content Creation, and Blogging
• Strong Editing and Proofreading skills to ensure accuracy and clarity
• Ability to conduct Research and develop tailored Content Strategies
• Familiarity with Marketing and Social Media Content Creation
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Capacity to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience in the agriculture, event, or trade sectors is a plus
• Bachelor's Degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field
