Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Barista located in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality specialty coffee and other beverages. Day-to-day tasks include taking orders, interacting with customers, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, managing inventory, and assisting with food preparation as needed. Providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction will be key responsibilities in this role.

Qualifications

• Barista skills and experience in preparing specialty coffee
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Basic Food Preparation skills and knowledge
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
