Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented
Storekeeper
to join our electronics service center/workshop in Kuwait. The Storekeeper will be responsible for managing inventory, organizing electronic components and tools, and supporting the daily operations of the workshop. This role requires a proactive individual who can maintain accurate stock records, coordinate with suppliers, and assist technicians in obtaining the necessary parts for repairs and maintenance. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth flow of materials, uphold safety standards, and contribute to the overall efficiency of the service center.

• Proven experience in

Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of all electronic components, tools, and supplies.
• Track stock levels, manage orders, and conduct regular stock audits to ensure availability.
• Arrange electronic parts, tools, and consumables systematically for easy access and retrieval.
• Implement proper labeling and storage procedures, including anti-static or sensitive item handling when required.
• Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely procurement and replenishment of stock.
• Verify deliveries against purchase orders and inspect items for quality and specifications.
• Assist technicians by providing required parts and tools for repairs and maintenance.
• Maintain records of issued items and ensure accountability.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols for handling electronic components and tools.
• Ensure storage areas are safe, clean, and organized according to company standards.
• Prepare and process documentation for incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Report discrepancies, damages, or losses in inventory to management promptly.
• Maintain an organized and clean workshop environment.
• Ensure all equipment and tools in the store are in good working condition.
