Job Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the daily operations of the safari camp, ensuring high standards of hospitality and service.
  • Provide leadership and direction to the team, fostering a collaborative and positive working environment.
  • Engage with guests at a high level, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Manage financial aspects of the camp, including budgeting, reporting, and resource allocation.
  • Implement and uphold company policies and procedures to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Enhance the camp's reputation through effective branding and marketing strategies.
  • Conduct staff training sessions to ensure adherence to hospitality standards and cultural sensitivity.
  • Handle guest feedback and complaints with professionalism and resolve issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with local communities and stakeholders to promote sustainable tourism practices.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with a diverse guest base.
  • Proven leadership and team management abilities.
  • Cultural sensitivity and the ability to work in a diverse multicultural setting.
Desired Experience:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the safari industry.
  • Familiarity with ultra-luxury safari camp operations.
  • A working knowledge of Swahili or other local languages is highly desirable.
  • Hospitality certifications or advanced training will be an advantage.
Salary & Benefits:

Salary: Monthly salary ranges depending on experience and qualifications.
