Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Security Guard role located in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Security Guard will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment by patrolling and monitoring premises, inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points, and controlling access to facilities. The Security Guard will also respond to alarms and emergencies, and provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors.

Qualifications

• Valid Police Clearance Certificate ( Good Conduct)
• Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service
• Physical Security and Personnel Security
• Private Security experience
• Excellent communication and observation skills
• Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally
• Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) minimum grade D+ or equivalent
• Ability to read, write and compose reports effectively
• Basic computer literacy skills
• Must have a valid email address
• No past criminal record
• Physically fit with a certificate from a government hospital
• Original KCSE Certificate
• Two referees' letters from traceable referees
• Holder of a valid Kenyan National ID (Original)
• Aged between 25 and 35 years
