To support the Africa Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in the effective performance of their responsibilities and priorities, and those of the Group (to the extent there is a difference). Involves providing feedback and advice on the Africa's strategy, financial & operational performance, and internal & external stakeholders; acting as a coordinator for forums (Board, CEO Forum, GLT) with a focus on effective decision-making; helping to prepare presentations and speeches; and contributing to any projects or initiatives that require Group-wide focus and support.To support the Africa Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in the effective performance of their responsibilities and priorities, and those of the Group (to the extent there is a difference).
