Consultant Clinical & Cosmetic Dermatologist

Dr. Stasch Clinic & MediSpa is seeking a highly skilled Consultant Clinical & Aesthetic Dermatologist to join our multidisciplinary team of world-class specialists.

Job Summary & Key Responsibilities

As the Consultant Clinical & Aesthetic Dermatologist, you will be responsible for providing expert, evidence-based care across medical, surgical, and aesthetic dermatology.

  • Diagnose and treat a wide range of dermatological, hair, and nail conditions.
  • Deliver advanced aesthetic procedures including injectables (Botox, dermal fillers), PRP, microneedling, chemical peels, mole mapping, and laser therapies.
  • Perform minor surgical dermatology procedures such as excisions, biopsies, keloid
  • management, and wound closure.
  • Develop and implement treatment protocols while ensuring meticulous documentation and adherence to clinical SOPs.
  • Collaborate with plastic surgeon, aesthetic doctor and MediSpa specialists to design holistic patient care pathways and uphold world-class standards.
  • Educate patients on preventive skin health and personalized treatment plans.
  • Train and mentor nurses and therapists to foster clinical excellence and continuous skill development.
  • Participate in research, clinical studies, CME/CPD activities, and contribute to publications or professional presentations.
  • Actively engage in multidisciplinary teamwork, cross-referrals, and knowledge sharing.

Skills & Competencies

  • Advanced diagnostic and procedural skills in clinical, surgical, and aesthetic dermatology.
  • Proficiency with dermatological devices including lasers, dermatoscopes, cryotherapy, and electromechanical equipment.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and patient relationship skills.
  • Discretion and sensitivity when handling cosmetic and high-profile cases.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-standard clinical setting.
  • Commitment to continuous learning, excellence, and collaborative care.

Qualifications

  • Medical degree with specialization in Dermatology (Master's, Board Certification, or equivalent).
  • Valid practicing license in Kenya, or eligibility for registration with KMPDC.
  • Demonstrated expertise in both clinical and aesthetic dermatology.
  • Experience in surgical dermatology is an advantage.
  • Demonstrated expertise or strong interest in cosmetic medicine, rejuvenation, and anti-ageing therapies.
