Our solutions include in-house records management projects tailored to client needs, digitization services etc. we also undertake physical management of records to include indexing, retention scheduling and disposal of outdated records. Role Description
3 months contract with possibility of renewal The role will be on-site at client's premises located in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Registry Intern will assist with day-to-day tasks such as organizing and managing records, conducting data entry, digitizing documents, and coordinating the destruction of outdated records. The role will also involve supporting in-house records management projects and ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with company procedures.
Qualifications
- Organizational and Time Management skills
- Data Entry and Documentation skills
- Proficiency in Digitization and Records Management software
- Attention to Detail and Accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in records management or a related field is an added advantage
- Continuing students for Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Library Science, or related field are encouraged to apply. Entry level applicants will be considered.
