expert-level digital marketer
who can confidently own our paid advertising and LinkedIn automation strategies to deliver high-quality leads that convert.

About the Role

You'll be the strategist and executor behind our paid ad campaigns and LinkedIn outreach automations, ensuring every campaign drives measurable ROI. This is not an entry-level role — we're looking for someone with
proven results
, deep platform knowledge, and the ability to scale profitable campaigns.

What You'll Do

  • Develop, launch, and optimize
    Facebook, Instagram, Google, and LinkedIn ads
    for maximum ROI
  • Set up and manage
    LinkedIn automation sequences
    for outreach, connection requests, and follow-ups
  • Build highly targeted audiences and test creatives, copy, and placements for peak performance
  • Collaborate with our creative team to ensure ad content aligns with our brand voice and visuals
  • Track, analyze, and report on KPIs weekly, making data-driven optimizations
  • Manage ad budgets strategically to scale profitable campaigns while maintaining efficiency
  • Integrate lead data into our
    Go High Level CRM
    for automation and follow-up

What We're Looking For

  • Proven track record running
    successful paid ad campaigns
    with strong ROI
  • Expertise in
    LinkedIn automation tools
    (e.g., Expandi, Zopto, Dripify, or similar)
  • Strong understanding of
    lead generation funnels
    and audience segmentation
  • Advanced proficiency in ad platforms: Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in A/B testing and performance optimization
  • Bonus: Experience in coaching, personal development, or online education industries

Work Structure

  • First 2 months
    : Hybrid (part-time on-site in Kenya, part-time remote)
  • Following months
    : Fully remote (with occasional hybrid work if the team is in Kenya)
