Job Description:

The Admin Trainee will assist in daily administrative operations and learn essential office management processes. This position provides hands-on experience in administrative procurement, financial tracking, and office coordination, preparing the trainee for a career in administration or finance.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Learn and assist in submitting requests and approvals through the OA (Office Automation) system.
  2. Update and maintain various administrative records and ledgers, including:-Administrative procurement records, dormitory utility fee (water, electricity, gas) ledgers, supplier payment tracking sheets
  3. Assist with receiving and processing administrative procurement items for the office.
  4. Support the administrative team in daily tasks and documentation as needed.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.
  2. Proficient in using office software (e.g., Excel, Word, Outlook).
  3. Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn.
  4. Strong communication and coordination skills.
