The ideal candidate should have experience in the FMCGsector, strong analytical skills, and a proactive approach toproblem -solving RequirementsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related fieldMust have worked in the Food Manufacturing Industry in a similar role for a minimum of 7 years.Minimum 7 Years of experience in Internal AuditStrong understanding of financial accounting, risk management, and internal controls.Experience in food manufacturing or biscuit production is a plus.Thorough knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and International Standards on Auditing (ISA).Proficiency in financial analysis, fraud detection, and forensic auditing techniques.Prior experience in ERP systems and audit software is preferred.Strong command of Microsoft Excel, Accounting software (SAP, QuickBooks, or Oracle), and dataanalytics tools.Understanding of Kenyan tax laws, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance.High -level integrity, professionalism, and ethical conduct.Strong analytical, problem -solving, and decision -making skills.Excellent communication and report writing abilities.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
