Interior Architect

Outline client design objectives.

Conceptualize and sketch design plans.

Prepare Modelling and lenders

Determine cost of completion and project requirements in the budgeting phase.

Set a timeline for the commerce and completion of an interior design project.

Supervise the project implementation to handover

Knowledge of preparing itemized bill / BoQs for design project for the purpose of costing .

Help on sourcing materials and products included in plans and facilitating inspection

Create 'mood boards' to sample your design vision.

Utilize computer applications in the design process.

Inspect design after completion to determine whether client goals have been met.

Ability to do presentation the entire design to client

Supervise project in progress

Interpret and translate customer needs into rough plans

Ability to Source the projects and implement

Strong ability in sales & marketing

Ability to meet sales target

Ability to set up meeting with consultants , Architects , QS , developers and other players in construction industries for project leads

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in interior design / Architect

Not less than 3 year experience in interior design and architectural (Must)

Worked with reputable companies not less than 2 years

Portfolio of design work.

Project management experience.

Experience with computational design.

Knowledge on Sales and Marketing i.e. Project sourcing

Knowledge on construction

Highly creative, imaginative and artistic.

Excellent portfolio of previous works

Expertise in layout, color, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture and all installations

Proven working experience in decorating interior spaces (consultations, renovations, space planning and new constructions

Excellent communication skills, especially in regard to communicating an artistic vision.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Illustrator, Sketch Up or similar design software.
