We are seeking a skilled and self-driven 
Software Engineer (Remote)
 to join our growing team at Maxson Programming Limited. This role is ideal for a developer who is comfortable working remotely, collaborating with distributed teams, and building scalable digital products.

Technical Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in 
  
  , 
  JavaScript
  , 
  PHP
  , 
  CSS
• Solid experience with databases: 
  MySQL
   and 
  MongoDB
• Ability to build and consume REST APIs
• Familiarity with modern development workflows and version control (Git)
• Experience working in containerized or cloud-based environments is a plus

Remote Work Requirements:

• Reliable, high-speed internet connection
   (mandatory)
• Personal laptop capable of handling development workloads
• Active 
  AnyDesk Premium plan
   for secure remote collaboration
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively in a remote setup

What You'll Do:

• Develop, test, and maintain web and enterprise applications
• Collaborate with designers, project managers, and fellow engineers
• Participate in system design, deployment, and documentation
• Maintain clean, scalable, and secure codebases
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting when required
