Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Avionics Technician Internship based in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Avionics Technician Intern will be responsible for inspecting, testing, maintaining, and repairing avionics equipment and systems on aircraft. Day-to-day tasks include interpreting wiring diagrams, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, conducting routine inspections, and ensuring all maintenance and repair work complies with aviation standards and regulations.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency with Wiring Diagrams
  • Strong knowledge of Aircraft Systems and Aircraft Maintenance
  • Expertise in Troubleshooting and Maintenance & Repair
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Relevant technical certifications and qualifications are a plus
  • Experience in the aviation industry is beneficial
