Role Purpose

To conduct accurate, timely, secure, and compliant verification checks across customer identity, address, employment, education, guarantor, business registration (KYB), and regulatory screenings using Agregar's verification platforms and SOPs.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Perform KYC, KYB, address and background verification using approved tools and processes.

  2. Gather, validate and authenticate documents, data, geolocation, photos, and evidence.

  3. Conduct client and candidate interviews (physical/virtual when applicable).

  4. Use Agregar platforms (Autheo, Geofy, Emp-Verify etc.) to log results, evidence & reports.

  5. Flag suspicious, fraudulent, or inconsistent data for escalation.

  6. Collaborate with supervisors and compliance officers on edge or high-risk cases.

  7. Ensure SLAs and compliance frameworks are met (ISO, GDPR, AML/CTF standards).

  8. Maintain high confidentiality, data protection, and ethical verification standards.

  9. Prepare final verification reports accurately and professionally.

  10. Participate in continuous improvement & product feedback loops.

Required Skills & Qualifications


• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Business, IT, Security, or related fields.


• Experience in KYC, due diligence, compliance, audit, risk, or credit checks (preferred).


• Strong attention to detail and investigative mindset.


• Good analytical, reporting and communication skills.


• Ability to use digital tools, mobile apps & CRM platforms.


• Integrity, confidentiality and professionalism.
