Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Senior HR (Recruiter). The Senior HR (Recruiter) will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, sourcing top talent, conducting interviews, and identifying the best fit candidates for various roles. Additionally, the individual will assist in developing recruitment strategies, analyzing hiring trends, and building strong relationships with stakeholders to meet business goals effectively. Other responsibilities may involve coordinating with team leads, maintaining recruitment databases, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

Qualifications

  • Strong talent sourcing skills, including proficiency in utilizing job boards, social media platforms, and applicant tracking systems
  • Excellent interviewing, evaluation, and candidate assessment skills
  • Ability to develop and implement recruitment strategies and analyze hiring trends
  • Proficiency in managing, updating, and maintaining recruitment databases and tools
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate effectively with teams
  • Familiarity with HR analytics and workforce planning is a plus
  • Experience in HR or recruiting with a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
