As we process hundreds of millions of dollars in various currencies, the Treasury & Liquidity Officer will be instrumental in building the companys treasury function from the ground up. This hands-on, strategic role combines operational oversight with revenue generation responsibilities, focusing on optimizing cash flow, liquidity, and foreign exchange (FX) trading activities.

The officer will design and implement efficient treasury processes, manage large-scale fund movements, and formalize partnerships with banks, stablecoin providers, and fintech firms globally. By executing effective FX spreads and markups, this role will directly contribute to sustainable revenue growth and profitability while ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements across multiple markets.

This role demands a proactive, detail-oriented professional with strong analytical and relationship-building skills who thrives in a fast-paced fintech environment and can drive the treasury function to support rapid company expansion.

Responsibilities
  • Build and implement the companys treasury function, including policies, processes, and operational frameworks.
  • Manage daily liquidity and cash flow across multiple currencies, ensuring timely cross-border payments.
  • Execute FX trading strategies to generate revenue through spreads and markups on currency conversions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with banking partners, stablecoin providers, and fintechs to support treasury operations.
  • Collaborate with Compliance to ensure all treasury activities meet regulatory and internal standards.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years experience in treasury management, FX trading, or liquidity roles within fintech, banking, remittances or crossborder payments.
  • Proven experience in building or enhancing treasury functions or operational teams.
  • Strong knowledge of FX markets, liquidity management, and revenue generation strategies.
  • Proactive, high-ownership mindset with ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Work Environment
  • Hybrid role with about 50% office presence, collaborating closely with internal teams and external banking and fintech partners.
