Job Title: Finance Casual Program/ Department: Finance  Duty Station: Nairobi Start date: 10" Nov End Date: 9" February  Total number of days of work: 66 days  MAIN DUTIES VAT Exemption Processing • Prepare VAT exemption applications on real time basis and share with liaison at least twice a week in addition, liaise with Liaison officer for their filing. • Tracking submitted applications to ensure approved certificates are received promptly and within the validity period. Informing suppliers when certificates are ready for collection and ensuring timely follow -up, so they are collected before the validity period lapses. • Reversing accrued VAT amounts upon suppliers' collection of certificates and taking timely action on time -barred applications — including flagging them, assisting with reconciliations, and preparing payment requests.Requirements MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS • Highest Education level: Bachelor's degree  • Years of Work Experience: 1 Year • Relevant Training Skills Acquired: CPA Part II
