About the Role:

We are seeking a dependable and experienced Property Agent to manage an apartment located along Kiambu Road on behalf of the owners of the property. This role involves minimal, on-demand work but requires a high level of reliability and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate property repairs when needed, including identifying and supervising qualified fundis/technicians.
  • Ensure all repair or maintenance work is completed to a high standard.
  • At the end of each month, receive rent payment notifications and promptly forward them to the property owners.
  • Act as the local point of contact for any property-related matters.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience in property or agent work.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Reliability and attention to detail.
  • Basic knowledge of construction or maintenance work (advantageous).
  • Must be a licensed agent authorized to manage property in Kenya.
