Project Manager

Role Description:

A-Frame Resorts & Villas LTD is dedicated to redefining modern luxury through the design, construction, and management of exceptional resorts, villas, and bespoke residential and commercial spaces. Our developments combine architectural innovation with sustainable building practices, premium materials, and refined aesthetics.

We are seeking a
Project Manager
to oversee the development of office buildings. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of ownership, excellent organisational and leadership skills, and the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams from concept design through to project delivery.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Nairobi County, Kenya, with periodic visits to project locations.

Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Execution

• Lead, plan, and execute construction projects from inception to completion.
• Develop detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Supervise daily site operations, ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and environmental standards.
• Manage and monitor contractor performance, procurement, and material delivery timelines.
• Conduct regular inspections and progress assessments to ensure project milestones are met.

Team & Stakeholder Coordination

• Coordinate architects, engineers, interior designers, and contractors to ensure design integrity and execution excellence.
• Serve as the central point of communication between the company, consultants, suppliers, and clients.
• Manage stakeholder expectations through timely reporting, documentation, and transparent communication.
• Support vendor onboarding, contract administration, and compliance with NCA and county regulations.

Operations and Reporting

• Prepare weekly progress reports, cost analyses, and project summaries for management review.
• Oversee logistics and inventory management of materials, tools, and equipment.
• Identify risks, propose mitigation measures, and ensure continuity in all project phases.
• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce construction lead times.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Project Management, Construction Supervision, or Site Coordination within the real estate or hospitality development sector.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, logistics, procurement, and site inspection protocols.
• Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Excel, or similar) and familiarity with architectural or structural drawings.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
• Strong organisational and multitasking ability, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree or PMP certification is a plus).
• Working knowledge of Kenyan building policies, NCA compliance, and county permit processes.
