Nisc Cloud is hiring a visionary
Creative Director / Lead Designer
to lead and elevate the creative direction of our digital and print outputs. You will take full ownership of design strategy from concept to execution across brand identities, packaging, billboards, websites, campaigns, and motion content.

This is not a junior role. We're looking for a senior creative with
5+ years of experience
, strong taste, a sharp eye for design, and the leadership mindset to guide internal and client-facing creative work.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead all branding, design, packaging, and visual storytelling projects
  • Develop creative concepts and campaign directions with the marketing team
  • Design and review visual assets: brand manuals, packaging, signage, social media, digital ads, and website UI
  • Supervise junior designers, videographers.
  • Lead client presentations and pitch visual directions clearly and persuasively
  • Maintain high design standards while managing multiple timelines

You Must Be Great At

  • Adobe Creative Suite:
    Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, After Effects
  • Brand identity systems
    and logo development
  • Packaging & product design
    for print and digital environments
  • Billboards and out-of-home (OOH)
    design standards
  • Web and UI design
    , with a working knowledge of responsive layout and Figma or XD
  • Creative copywriting
    (headlines, taglines, short concepts)
  • Motion graphics
    basics (for social and video editing)

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in an agency or brand-led creative role
  • Proven track record leading design across digital and print
  • Portfolio showing brand, creative designs and concepts, packaging, UI, and campaign work
  • Strong communication, leadership, and concept development skills
  • Confident in giving and receiving constructive feedback

Bonus Points

  • Photography or videography direction experience
  • Experience in brand strategy workshops or positioning sessions
  • Hands-on with Figma, WordPress, and Canva for fast delivery
