The Art Director We've Been Dreaming Of: A Creative Calling
Role: Art Director | Creative Momentum Driver
Location:
Nairobi County, Kenya (Hybrid/Flexible Remote)
The Viyerrah Dream (A.K.A. The Caller):
I am crying. I had a dream which you featured in, and it was romantically tear-jerking.
We were holding hands in tall grass, skipping on our way to a client who actually likes us as much as we like them.
We pitched great ideas, the kind that made the room go silent.
Not from confusion, but from awe. The kind of silence that means they felt it—that emotional resonance only true content can deliver.
You sketched something wild, I sold it with poetry, and together we made magic look like strategy.
Then I woke up.
And I realized it wasn't just a dream.
It was a calling.
To find you, a seasoned art director or designer who has wrestled with big, scary clients, survived agency wars, and still believes in beauty.
Someone who knows that layouts can move hearts, that typography can flirt, and that ideas still matter.
You see the line between Art and Business, but you dance on both sides of it, barefoot, fearless, and free.
I miss you, you who refuses to let an ugly deck kill a beautiful thought. Come walk with me through the tall grass again.
Except this time, let's do it for real.
The HOP Mission: Why We Need You

solve those real-world challenges.
