Role Overview

Own day-to-day social media execution for Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Create personalized, on-brand content (not generic feed templates), turn local events and office wins into posts/stories, and run simple campaigns (e.g., Life Insurance Awareness Month). Light design for giveaways/swag (quarterly updates via print-on-demand portals).

Goal: grow pages, engagement, and local trust for a two-month-old office.

Key Responsibilities

● Content Creation: Draft/write captions; design posts/reels/stories using event photos and office updates.

● Calendar & Scheduling: Maintain a weekly posting cadence; schedule via Hootsuite or native tools.

Campaigns: Build simple thematic campaigns (e.g., life insurance month, bundling education).

● Localization: Reflect community events and office activity; maintain a friendly, trustworthy tone.

● Light Design & Collateral: Refresh quarterly swag/booth items (notepads, shirts, pens) inside vendor portals.

● Analytics & Iteration: Track basic metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth) and suggest adjustments.

MUST-HAVES

● 2–3+ years managing business social accounts (FB/IG/LinkedIn) with a demonstrable portfolio.

● Strong copywriting and basic design skills (Canva or similar).

● Able to translate raw photos + short briefs into multi-post storylines.

● Organized content calendar management; consistent, on-time delivery.

● Comfort collaborating across U.S. Eastern working hours.

Nice-to-Haves

● Hootsuite (or similar schedulers).

● Basic paid social familiarity (boosting posts, simple ad sets) for future testing.

● Experience in local-services industries (insurance, healthcare, home services).
