We are an emerging and ambitious startup based in Latvia, with big plans to revolutionize the IT recruitment space. As we grow, we are looking for a Project Management Intern with knowledge of Azure Boards to join our dynamic team and help us optimize our processes.

Your Role:
As a Project Management Intern, you will play a pivotal role in supporting project management and contributing to the digital transformation of our processes. You will work closely with the team to manage tasks, track project progress, and ensure seamless coordination across multiple initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in the management of projects using Azure Boards to track tasks, sprints, and timelines.
• Collaborating with different teams to monitor project milestones and ensure timely delivery.
• Supporting the organization and prioritization of tasks within Azure Boards, ensuring clear communication and accountability.
• Helping optimize project workflows and automating processes where possible to improve efficiency.
• Preparing project reports and helping with the analysis of project performance metrics.
• Assisting in the development and execution of project management best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Basic knowledge of Azure Boards and project management methodologies.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools and an eagerness to work with cutting-edge technologies.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Proactive communicator, able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Interest in the IT industry and project management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Prior experience with project management tools, preferably Azure Boards or other Microsoft project management software.
• Exposure to Agile or Scrum methodologies is a plus.
• Experience in a startup environment or interest in working within a fast-paced, growing company.
• A basic understanding of IT staffing, recruitment, or HR processes.
