We're Hiring: Shop Supervisor

Are you an experienced leader with a passion for sales, customer service, and team management? We're looking for a Shop Supervisor to oversee daily shop operations, drive sales growth, and ensure every customer walks away satisfied.

What You'll Do:

Lead and motivate shop staff to meet and exceed sales targets

Deliver outstanding customer experiences at all times

Manage inventory, banking, and daily shop operations

Uphold product quality, hygiene, and safety standards

Implement strategies to boost sales, customer retention, and profitability

What We're Looking For:

Diploma in Sales & Marketing (or related field)

4+ years' retail experience (2+ years in the fish industry preferred)

Proven sales, leadership, and customer management skills

Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
