Role Description

This is a full-time on-site and off-site role for a Transportation Manager at Ndugu Transport Co. Limited located in Kisumu County, Kenya. The Transportation Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day transportation operations, managing fleets, ensuring efficient operations, and providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Operations Management and Transportation Management skills
• Customer Service and Communication skills
• Fleet Management experience
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of transport regulations and compliance
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Using computer Systems & KRA Systems
