Depot Incharge

About this Role:Our client is a leading player inthe fast‑moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector, with a strong presence in thefood and beverage industry; continuously expanding their footprint across keymarkets, including dairy and cold chain distribution. We are seeking a Depot inCharge who will be responsible for the overall management and accountability ofthe assigned depot. Key Responsibilities:Ensure strict adherence to FIFO in stock management and dispatch.Oversee timely dispatch of customer orders and returns control.Conduct monthly stock takes and random audits as required.Manage storage of finished goods and oversee cold chain assets within the depot.Maintain accurate depot reports, including MIS reports and SAP inputs.Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures within the depot.Monitor and manage labor efficiency, costs, and overall depot performance.Ensure correct invoicing and posting of relevant stock movements as per company policy. RequirementsQualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Distribution& Warehousing.7 to 10 years of relevant experience in depot, warehouse, orsupply chain management.FMCG industry experience required; dairy sector experiencepreferred.Proficiency in SAP and accounting packages.Customer‑focused mindset with stakeholder management skill
