We are assembling a multidisciplinary team and are seeking experienced professionals in digital transformation, tax administration and secure, high-volume ICT system. We are especially interested in candidates with digital transformation experience supporting the Kenyan Revenue Authority and other Kenyan or East African digital transformation projects.

We are currently looking for a Kenyan business analyst with digital transformation experience to serve as a
Business Analyst
. The Business Analyst will serve for six months focused on the design of a new system from business process mapping, to detailing system requirements and a tender to select a third party software developer to develop the new e-invoicing system.

The qualifications of the Business Analyst position are as follows:

  • A minimum of Bachelor's or Master's degree from a recognized institution preferably in Business management, Project Management, Finance, Computer Science, Information Technology, social sciences or a related field of study
  • At least 5 years' experience as a business analyst, ideally in public sector or financial/tax systems digital transformation.
  • Experience working on digital transformation or system implementation projects
  • Collaborated with IT teams, consultants, and government stakeholders
  • Hands-on involvement in preparing business requirement documents (BRDs), test cases, and user manuals
  • Participated in training and change management processes
  • Professional certification in Business Analysis or equivalent.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with the KRA or the ICT authority on digital transformation projects, and a strong track record of exceptional technical performance.
