Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Club Waitress at Wazito Paradise Gardens, located in Nairobi. The role involves taking customer orders, serving food and beverages, ensuring guests have a positive dining experience, and maintaining cleanliness in customer areas. The Club Waitress will assist in facilitating smooth service operations and will work closely with the kitchen and bar staff.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills to ensure excellent guest experiences
• Knowledge of food and beverage service, including best practices in food handling
• Effective communication skills to interact professionally with diverse clientele
• Experience or familiarity with cooking techniques is an added advantage
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in a hospitality or food service role is beneficial
