The Role
As
Commis de Cuisine
, you are the heartbeat of our kitchen. You'll assist in daily food preparation and service while learning from experienced chefs about both international techniques and traditional Kenyan cuisine.

Your Responsibilities
- Support the Chef de Partie in the daily mise-en-place and service.
- Prepare and cook basic dishes for buffet, à la carte, and events.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and order in your workstation.
- Follow recipes and standards while maintaining food quality and presentation.
- Learn and apply HACCP and kitchen safety standards.
- Assist with deliveries, storage, and stock rotation (FIFO).
- Bring energy, curiosity, and teamwork to every shift.

Your Profile
- Completed culinary training or first practical kitchen experience.
- Passion for cooking and willingness to learn.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Reliable, flexible, and able to work in an international environment.
- Good English knowledge.
- A sense of adventure, humor, and cultural openness.
