Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a General Laborer, based in Ruaraka. Responsibilities include performing manual tasks such as loading, unloading, moving, and organizing materials, assisting in inventory management, and maintaining cleanliness in designated areas. The role also requires supporting team operations, complying with safety protocols, and handling equipment appropriately as needed.

Qualifications

  • Experience with physical tasks such as lifting, loading, and organizing materials
  • Basic understanding of warehouse operations, inventory handling, or similar tasks
  • Familiarity with safety protocols and the ability to follow instructions and equipment handling procedures
  • Strong teamwork, time management, and adaptability skills
  • Willingness to work in an on-site, hands-on role in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in a hardware store, warehouse, or construction environment is an advantage
  • Diploma or Certificate in Procurement or Supply chain will be an added advantage
