We are seeking an experienced
Yard Manager
to oversee all operations within our yard, including mechanical and electrical workshops, stores, carpentry and painting. The role ensures
proper maintenance of vehicles and machinery
,
accurate inventory management, staff supervision, and smooth logistical support to all construction sites.

KEY RESPONSIBILITES

  • Manage daily yard operations across all workshop sections.
  • Oversee vehicle, equipment, and machinery maintenance.
  • Supervise material & mechanical stores, ensuring accurate stock records.
  • Coordinate dispatch and return of tools, materials, and equipment.
  • Lead and supervise mechanics, electricians, carpenters, painters, and store staff.
  • Enforce safety, compliance, and excellent housekeeping.
  • Prepare maintenance and operational reports.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
  • 5 + years
    ' experience in yard/workshop management.
  • Strong technical knowledge of machinery and vehicle maintenance.
  • Proven ability to manage teams and inventory systems.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
