Africa PVC Industries is seeking a results-driven Internal Auditor to strengthen compliance, risk management, and financial integrity across our operations. This role demands a professional with sharp analytical skills and strong knowledge of auditing best practices. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute risk-based internal audit plans. Review financial records, operational processes, and compliance with internal controls. Identify gaps in processes and recommend cost-effective solutions. Monitor statutory compliance (taxes, NSSF, NHIF, NITA, WIBA, OSHA). Prepare and present audit reports to management and directors. Safeguard company assets by recommending stronger internal systems. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 3+ years' experience in internal or external audit (manufacturing sector preferred). Knowledge of IFRS, Kenyan tax laws, and risk management frameworks. CPA (K) or ACCA qualification required. Strong analytical, communication, and report-writing skills.
