Role Overview

Take charge as Operations Manager, driving operational excellence across remote infrastructure and cross-functional teams. This critical role demands constant readiness to resolve challenges proactively while aligning operations with company vision in a dynamic startup environment.

What You'll Do
  • Manage/optimize remote infrastructure (SharePoint, MS Teams, Work Tracker).
  • Oversee operations across accounting, HR, legal, and project management.
  • Develop workflow strategies enhancing team efficiency.
  • Proactively solve challenges with innovative solutions.
  • Respond immediately to emergencies ensuring business continuity.
  • Collaborate with leadership aligning goals with vision.
  • Mentor team members fostering professional development.
What We're Looking For
  • Proven operations management experience, preferably remote/IT consulting.
  • Highly motivated, proactive, fully committed to excellence.
  • Swift, effective crisis response capability.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, leadership skills.
  • Microsoft Office Suite/remote tool proficiency.
  • Accounting/HR/legal framework familiarity (plus).
