Webmaster
to join our growing in-house technology team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our company's digital presence, ensuring that our website remains user-friendly, visually compelling, and technically sound at all times.

Key Responsibilities

. Website Maintenance and Technical Management.

· Server and Hosting Management.

· Security Implementation and Monitoring.

· Content and Feature Updates.

· Search Engine Optimization (SEO).

· Performance and Analytics Monitoring.

· Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution.

Role Description

  • Configure, customize, and maintain WordPress websites and integrations (e.g., email marketing tools, SMS gateways, analytics, and plugins)
  • Monitor site performance, security, and reliability, ensuring functionality and minimal downtime.
  • Perform routine updates, bug fixes, and content changes.
  • Track, analyze, and report on website traffic and user behavior.
  • Oversee website backups and disaster recovery processes.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues quickly and effectively.

· Build and maintain functional, secure, and efficient websites.

· Test across browsers, OS, and devices.

· Ensure site security (firewalls, logins).

· Optimize loading speeds..

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 3–5 years' experience in web management or development.
  • Strong coding skills (PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, WordPress experience preferred).
  • Familiarity with SEO, Google Analytics, and website integrations (e.g., email marketing, SMS, and plugins).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight timelines.
