Data Scientist

1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and identify opportunities for data-driven impact.
2. Champion AI initiatives across the organization, driving innovation and adoption of cutting-edge solutions.
3. Analyze complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights, and present them clearly to stakeholders.
4. Develop and implement machine learning algorithms and statistical models to improve our processes or product functionality
5. Collect, clean, and preprocess large datasets from diverse sources
6. Create visualizations using state of the art visualization tools.
7. Assist in integrating analytics insights into operational workflows and strategic decision-making.
8. Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in data science, AI, and machine learning, and propose process and product improvements.
9. Contribute to the design and development of data pipelines, APIs, and other engineering tasks to support scalable analytics solutions

Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
2. 3-5 years of experience in building data driven solutions with a strong focus on machine learning applications
3. 3+ years of hands-on programming experience in Python, including data science and ML libraries (e.g., pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch)
4. Practical experience with Generative AI (GenAI) and/or Computer Vision techniques.
5. Familiarity with business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Looker, Tableau) and MLOps practices (data versioning, CI/CD pipelines, model monitoring).
6. Proficiency in data analytics and machine learning tools (e.g., Python, R, SQL, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
7. Strong understanding of data preprocessing, exploratory data analysis, and predictive modeling techniques.
8. Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., BigQuery, Spark) and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Looker, Tableau).9. Ability to design and deploy scalable data science solutions in production environments
10. Experience working with and integrating LLMs.
11. Experience with Google Cloud computing and their data analytics services.
