Responsibilities


 Participate in the development, testing, and implementation of new goods, services,
features, or upgrades.
 Provide assistance with finance solutions, including connections.
 Carry out system and application monitoring.
 Maintain a knowledge foundation by recording technological expertise.
 Improve the tools, processes, and protocols in collaboration with team members.
 Collaborate with external and internal technical teams to effectively resolve all system
problems.
 DevOps tools and procedures should be implemented.
 Liaise with all stakeholders to ensure that new functionality, procedures, and systems are
completely comprehended.
 Transfer system expertise on new features and support procedures to internal clients.
 Prepare and distribute precise and prompt system performance reports.
 Perform routine service enhancements to achieve 99.999% uptime.
 Diagnose and fix technological problems on designated systems, and implement a
workaround or permanent remedy to ensure the MTTR is reached.
 Unresolved problems must be properly escalated to suitable internal or external teams,
and they must be successfully closed.
 Provide stakeholders with timely and accurate input on given tasks.
 Ensure that all problems are correctly prioritised and recorded in the service management
tool, and that resolve details are precisely entered in the report.

Requirements

 ITIL Knowledge of various Service components. Knowledge in Incident management, change Management & Problem management.

 L0/L1 Troubleshooting of Incidents/tickets on various tools and applications.

 AWS, Oracle DBA, VMware and Monitoring dashboard like Dynatrace, CloudWatch etc

 Production support. (Multiple or one area can also be considered).  Knowledge in Software Testing Lifecycle

 Basic SQL commands and some Database Knowledge
