Recruitment Consultant

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Recruitment Consultant at Global Crunch Enterprise. The Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various roles. Day-to-day tasks include managing the recruitment process, building relationships with clients and candidates, advising both parties, and ensuring successful hires. The role also involves coordinating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and providing strategic recruitment consulting services.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Graduate Recruitment and Recruiting processes
• Strong capabilities in Consulting and Interviewing
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proven ability to develop and maintain professional relationships
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple recruitment projects efficiently
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
